Your satisfaction is our long-term pursuit and  concern. Once your package has arrived, we encourage you to open and check to make sure that the items that we made meets your requirement. Try your items  as soon as possible without removing the tags, altering, or washing if applicable. 

 If you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of your purchase, you can return or exchange your undamaged/unaltered items within 30 days from the delivered date.  

Please note, we only accept full returns on unused, undamaged product that has its original packaging in tact. Products negligently packaged and returned damaged will be subject to a reduction of refund or No refund at all. 

ATTENTION – Due to hygiene issues, items such as Earbuds, in-ear headphones, electric hairbrushes, electric toothbrushes and more cannot be returned once open and used, unopened packages can be issued store credit/gift card. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience that this may cause.

(1) USPS First-Class Parcel with Tracking ID: 4 – 7  Business Days within USA

*Available only for packages weight under 15.9-oz

(2) USPS Priority Mail Service: 3 – 7 Days within USA

(3) USPS International First-Class mail: 10 – 15 days.

Some orders with multiple products may come in separate packages, depending on where our stock is in the country. Different items have their own processing time, which is what we cannot control. We always try to get your items to you as soon as possible.

After Your Order is Placed

Please allow 24-48hrs for processing.  Once your order has been processed you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

If the order was placed on Friday night, your order will be processed on the following Monday morning.
